Mentoring offers a lifeline to entrepreneurs by helping mentees break free from the isolation often felt in the entrepreneurial world. It puts the challenges they face into perspective and guides mentees in identifying potential solutions.
The Mentor encourages and motivates, while offering constructive criticism. He provides honest feedback on the entrepreneur’s attitudes, drawing on his own experience. Finally, the mentor strictly maintains the confidentiality of their discussions, thereby creating an environment of trust conducive to personal and professional growth.

The program operates on an annual membership basis. The mentors are volunteers: the fees are used to support the mentoring group, train the mentors, and ensure high-quality pairings.
