Michel Nadeau

After a career spanning more than 30 years as President, Vice-President Operations and Partner of various professional services companies, I joined Mozaik International in 2007 to become a professional coach at the PCC level of theInternational Coach Federation (ICF). Since then, I have coached over 200 executives in their development projects on themes such as executive positioning, increasing influence and leadership levels, and developing harmonious interpersonal relationships. Widely involved in my professional coaching practice, I held various positions for several years, including Chairman of the Board of ICF Québec. My approach is simple but effective, and can be summed up in four words: Understand - Explore - Choose - Implement. I believe deeply in the development potential of each individual. Thanks to my great listening skills, combined with a strong sense of self-questioning, I take discussions to a higher level, enabling the people I work with to discover the means and learning they need to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with people who want to learn, achieve and evolve, men and women who are humble enough to undergo the introspection necessary for change.

Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?

Being in business wasn't really an option in my family, my father had 4 different businesses with his brothers, so that's why I became an entrepreneur, like Obelix in the pot.

Why am I a mentor?

On the eve of my retirement in 2022, I'll have some time to offer to young entrepreneurs who are keen to develop. Give to the next!

The values that guide me

My actions are based on values of integrity, respect, commitment, generosity and an innate need to care for people.

My passions & interests

As a musician in the 1970s, I'm still impressed by the talent, genius and great modesty of renowned artists such as Paul McCartney, Diana Krall, James Taylor and Gregory Charles. Humility, intelligence, dynamism, appreciation of excellence: these are the personality traits of these great artists, and they represent the qualities and skills possessed by many of the managers I work with on a daily basis. Other interests: biographical reading, cycling, golf, downhill skiing, and good wine with friends.
