A brand new restaurant is coming to Waterloo! And it’s eagerly awaited! Starting March 9, Madame Fortin – Bière & Bouffe opens its doors (and its pantry!) to offer unique French cuisine in the colors of our terroir. A must-see!
After 7 great years on the road at the helm of a street food truck, young mother-and-daughter duo Karine Fortin and Océane Fortin-Desbiens are making a dream come true: Madame Fortin – Bière & Bouffe has set up shop at 4920 Foster Street in Waterloo.

From the dream stage, through financial forecasts and financing, to the official opening of Madame Fortin – Bière & Bouffe, it took just 2 ½ months… When the stars come out!
