Granby, June 7, 2024 – Entrepreneuriat Haute-Yamaska, the CAE Haute-Yamaska and region and La Ruche are joining forces to multiply the efforts of local businesses that opt for participatory financing. Thanks to a new financing program, businesses campaigning on laruchequebec.com could receive non-refundable financial assistance of up to $2,500.
With an envelope of $20,000, Entrepreneuriat Haute-Yamaska will be able to increase the objective of a participatory financing campaign carried out by an eligible project owner, until April 2026 or until the envelope is exhausted. These companies will thus be able to see their efforts multiplied, if they meet or exceed their campaign objective.
“By pooling our resources and expertise, we have formed a powerful alliance to catalyze the success of our region’s entrepreneurs. In collaboration with La Ruche and the support of CAE, we are strengthening our commitment to nurturing innovation and economic growth in our region. Together, we’re stronger, more resilient, and ready to propel our businesses to new heights,” says Andréanne Daigle of Entrepreneuriat Haute-Yamaska.
“This type of program multiplies the conditions for success for start-ups or those wishing to launch a new product or service. Participatory financing enables a company to diversify its sources of financing, but above all to mobilize its customers and community,” explains Frédérick Bonner, Regional Director, Eastern Townships, La Ruche.
The CAE Haute-Yamaska and region is joining the initiative, offering eligible project leaders financial assistance of up to $500 to produce a video to animate the campaign pages.
“By contributing to this initiative, the CAE Haute-Yamaska and region is demonstrating its commitment to the sustainable development of local businesses, providing not only financial support, but also a platform to promote and enhance the visibility of these innovative projects,” says Isabelle Brochu, General Manager of the CAE Haute-Yamaska et région.
