Professional and personal development
Trained in organizational psychology, administration and as a Lean Manufacturing leader, I led the human resources strategy for a new 950-employee plant, and advise companies on implementing large and small changes. A partner in the set-up and development of a retirement home, I was also general manager of a personal growth center. I was also a musician in a rock band and competed in road cycling.
Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?
For the pleasure of designing or contributing to projects, getting involved with others to bring them to fruition, and contributing to the development and success of others. For the continuous challenges it brings.
Why am I a mentor?
To stay in touch with the dynamism of younger people, and to help them realize their potential (which we are often the last to discover). I’m deeply committed to the development and quality of mentoring in Quebec and Canada.
The values that guide me
The company as a means of developing the people who work to develop the company, commitment, the search for truth in relationships, continuous improvement.
My passions, my interests
Management, mentoring, spirituality.
