Professional and personal development

Co-owner of a business for 5 years, I then joined the Sûreté du Québec where, for 30 years, I managed teams and gained extraordinary experience in problem-solving and human relations. I ended my career at the Directorate of Protocol and International Relations. I then worked as a security consultant and gave customer service training courses throughout Quebec. I am also the author of the book “Recognizing personalities in 7 seconds”. I like to get involved in my community, and have held the following positions: President of the Sherbrooke Junior Chamber in 1973-74. President of the Granby Chamber of Commerce from 2013-2014; Chief Mentor of the Granby and region cell from 2011 to 2013; President of the Conseil Régional du Mentorat de la Montérégie-Est from June 2011 to December 2015; President of the Réseau M Ethics and Governance Committee from 2012 to 2016. Now a mentor trainer for Réseau M, I currently work as a spokesperson for the National Coalition Against Contraband Tobacco.

Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?

I became a salesman, manager and consultant because I like to be in the lead and to be able to control my own destiny as much as possible.

Why am I a mentor?

In 2006, I became a mentor after it was explained to me that I could help entrepreneurs realize their dreams.

The values that guide me

Believe in our goals; work to achieve them; integrity in our actions and relationships.

My passions, my interests

I love accompanying, listening and encouraging. Seeing young entrepreneurs realize their dreams and succeed is what nourishes me.
