Professional and personal development
Throughout my professional life, I’ve had the chance to set up several businesses and face the different challenges that each one presented. Currently, I run a successful games retail business and a private wine import agency. After establishing an independent structure in my businesses, I chose to make a significant contribution to my community through mentoring initiatives, engaging with entrepreneurs and participating on boards such as the Association Canadienne des Sommeliers du Québec.
Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?
Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, my heart is always set on customer service and retail. Even in the midst of the digital revolution, I remain firmly convinced that human interaction is a competitive advantage. My penchant for autonomy has made traditional employment a challenge, and the appeal of entrepreneurial flexibility has always guided my decisions.
Why am I a mentor?
I want to pass on knowledge and contribute to the dynamism of the local entrepreneurial community. I believe that every Quebecer has a latent entrepreneurial spirit waiting to be unleashed. My aim is to support those who have taken the plunge into this exciting world. Often a better future lies just on the other side of a well-considered decision, and I hope I can be the catalyst to help them realize their full potential.
The values that guide me
Integrity, resilience, passion and above all a lifelong learning mindset are the values that guide my decisions. The key to success lies in continuous renewal and the relentless pursuit of self-improvement.
My passions, my interests
First and foremost my family, but also wine and entrepreneurship. My main interests are martial arts, motorcycling and literature. I try not to turn my passions into entrepreneurial projects so as not to lose the flame, even if it’s sometimes difficult. I also love finance and numbers in general.
