Professional and personal development

After graduating from McGill University with a degree in Business Administration, I was quickly propelled into the fast-moving consumer goods industry, where I spent over 30 years. Although I spent several years in strategic sales positions, most of my career was spent in category management, working for one of the largest multinationals in the consumer goods industry: General Mills. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being recognized as a pioneer and leader in market intelligence, particularly in the use of loyalty data. More recently, I founded a strategic consulting service that helps companies navigate towards their goals by leveraging available data.

I have a good analytical and synthesizing mind combined with a highly collaborative approach. What makes me unique is my contagious energy and ease of communication, with an approach that is at once strategic, dynamic and objective.

Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?

I’ve been lucky enough to spend most of my career working for a multinational company, which has enabled me to learn and excel in my specialist field. I then wanted to share the know-how I had acquired through consulting. Running my own business also enabled me to achieve a better life balance.

Why am I a mentor?

Through my business, I’ve realized that you can sometimes find yourself full of questions and alone with yourself. As a mentor, I think I can stimulate some good ideas during our discussions.

The values that guide me

Integrity, benevolence, collaboration and surpassing oneself are values that have stuck with me throughout my career.

My passions, my interests

I like to enjoy life’s little pleasures on a daily basis! I’m playful, active and full of energy! I love all things gastronomic, skiing, golf and travelling. I’m also keen to get involved in the community as a volunteer. In fact, I joined the board of Sutton Jazz to help promote music culture in the region. I’m also very involved on a daily basis as a caregiver.
