With a bachelor’s degree in economics and 22 years’ experience as a manufacturing manager and project leader at BRP and Camso, I’ve had the chance to learn the best business practices of 2 of Quebec’s leading companies. Today, this background enables me to help entrepreneurs and their teams achieve their goals. I’m an entrepreneur and professional coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, specializing in product development, strategic alignment and operations management. Personally, I’ve managed to balance career and family (blended family with 4 children), stay sane in mind and body, and have fun through it all!

Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?

The taste of challenge was on my bucket list. I just had to try it. I should have dared a long time ago! I take on great challenges, I meet extraordinary people, I have fun doing what I love and, as a bonus, I show my children that anything is possible.

Why am I a mentor?

I get a kick out of seeing someone grow. It’s motivating and inspiring. I learned it when I was very young: it’s by giving that we receive.
