Professional and personal development
Throughout my professional life, I’ve woken up every morning with the passion and anticipated pleasure of serving my customers well. I studied management and human resources to better understand human behavior in times of change and major learning.
I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the start-up of major companies, building and consolidating work and management teams. I’ve always been motivated by the need to create fun, efficient workplaces that contribute to the economic and social success of the regions where these organizations operate.
Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?
I come from a family of entrepreneurs who cared about people and knew the importance of being profitable. I wanted to make my contribution to building a society where pleasure and efficiency at work enable people to create effective and pleasant living and working spaces.
Why am I a mentor?
My aim is to listen to and support entrepreneurs so that they can develop their entrepreneurial skills, so that they can realize their projects, desires and professional dreams, and free themselves from their uncertainties, fears and anxieties.
The values that guide me
The quest for excellence while respecting the people along the way. I know the importance of being listened to and questioned in order to explore challenging situations as fully as possible and validate the possibilities that arise. I like to see people grow.
My passions, my interests
I collect stamps, kayak and bike. I like to tinker and work on my property.
