Professional and personal development

After graduating in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1988, she worked for 5 years at Agropur’s Yoplait yogurt division, when the opportunity arose to become involved with the family business POLYFORM. She currently holds the position of President and CEO, after several years as VP Finance and Administration. A lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke at the start of her career, she was also a member of the Granby Zoo Board of Directors for 6 years and of the Desjardins Board of Directors for the Granby Haute-Yamaska caisse for 2 years. She is also a graduate of the Elite program at the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce from 2011 to 2013.

Why did I become an entrepreneur or manager?

She thrives on the challenges that come her way. For her, there’s always a possible configuration for achieving a goal.

Why am I a mentor?

A dynamic and committed woman, she wants her mentees to benefit not only from her experience as an entrepreneur in the family manufacturing business, but also from her experience at the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce. CONTRIBUTION has become an essential part of her lifestyle. The desire to help and advance is part of her management style, and today she wants to extend her help by “giving to the next”.

Family values, mutual aid, respect, contribution, perseverance and fun are all part of her daily personal and professional life. A genuine woman of integrity, passion, calm and dedication, her sense of commitment means you can always count on her. Her favourite phrase: “No effort, no results”.
